1. Dispatch Timeline

• Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on the product type and production requirements.

• In such cases, customers will be informed proactively.

 

2. Delivery Timeline

• After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–9 working days depending on the customer’s location and the courier partner.

• Delays due to logistics issues, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

• However, we will coordinate with courier partners to minimize any delays.

 

3. Shipping Partners

• We work with leading courier services across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Tracking details will be shared with customers once the order is dispatched.

 

4. Shipping Charges

• ● Standard shipping is free for prepaid orders above a certain threshold (as communicated during checkout).

• ● COD (Cash on Delivery) or urgent shipments may attract additional charges, which will be clearly visible during checkout.

 

5. Failed Deliveries / Re-attempts

• If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, a re-attempt will be made by the courier.

• If the second attempt also fails, the order will be returned to our facility.

• In such cases, re-shipping will only be processed after customer confirmation and may include additional shipping charges.
